H5se7 is a Hydra™ ultra-compact side-scan sonar
The h5se7 is a Hydra™ ultra-high resolution ultra-compact side-scan sonar (SSS) combined with a survey echo sounder (ES). It can be installed on board of any vessel, including autonomous vehicles. It is applied for search of the sunken objects, monitoring of objects of underwater infrastructure, checking of a condition of fairways and port waters, measuring works with depths up to 50 m. Application of modern technologies in acoustics and microelectronics allowed to develop compact and effective model. Small-sized low-profile design allows you to place the sonar on Board of the ship on the rod of d=30 mm and with minimal immersion.
Ultra-high range resolution (1 cm) for object search and target detection. SSS provides real - time high-quality bottom image with photographic quality in a swath of up to 190m , using a frequency of 700 kHz.
The ES can operate simultaneously with the SSS and allows to make the measurements at depths up to 50 m. The usage of SSS while measuring allows application of measurement technology with instrumental evaluation, to avoid artifacts between tack distances.
When using the additional all-round view option, it is possible to operate in the all-round sonar mode from the ice surface or while the vessel is stationary.
