Configuration for the customer. The user can assemble the necessary configuration using the elements of the complex as a construction set.

Mobile and stationary installation options. Due to its small size and weight, as well as short deployment time, the complex can be used in mobile (usually used when working with rubber boats and small boats) and in stationary version.

Accommodation on any vessels. The complex can be placed on vessels of any displacement-starting from small rubber boats and ending with vessels of large displacement.

Small size and weight.  Hydra complex is the only complex in its class that has the smallest weight and dimensions among similar complexes.All elements of the complex (except for the antenna block mounting rod) are placed in a small case weighing no more than 25 kg (when using a standard 12V car battery to power the complex).

Built-in GPS/GLONASS navigation receiver with 3m positioning accuracy. It is possible to install optionally a built-in dual-system GPS/GLONASS navigation receiver with a positioning accuracy of 3 m in the receiving and transmitting unit (RTU) , when delivering complex, which in most cases allows you to do without an external separate navigation receiver. The receiver allows you to receive both GLONASS and GPS signals at the same time when using one antenna - no need to install two different antennas. This technical solution allows you to get the navigation data in difficult conditions, when the signals of one system is not enough to obtain a reliable result.

Data from the output of the built-in navigation receiver can be transmitted to external subscribers (for example, for navigation function) via a separate RS-232 or RS-485 line with galvanic isolation, which allows you to use one navigation receiver for navigation and shooting tasks.

Connection of external sensors. The user can connect the necessary external sensors to the complex to improve shooting accuracy if the accuracy of the built-in sensors is not enough. Various navigation receivers, water speed sensor, water speed profile sensor, angle sensors can be used as external sensors.

Possibility of simultaneous operation of several complexes. Operation of several complexes can be synchronized between themselves (for example, - operation of SSS and PPF), that allows to carry out simultaneously at once several tasks and to exclude mutual influence of complexes on each other.
